- each square represents a 3 hour study block. This is
concentrated study time. Except for 10 minute breaks every 50
minutes, you should be seriously committed to studying
- Start by completing the dates. You should switch from semester
exam - preparation to immediate exam preparation about 2 weeks
before the last day of class.
- That is at least one weekend day and every weekday from 8pm to
11pm should be dedicated to intense exam preparation.
- Put in "Last Class" at the 2pm time slot of the last day of
class.
- Put Ex plus name of exam at the closet time slot on the
day of the exam. For instance if your contract exam is at 1pm on May 1st put "ExContract" at the 2pm time slot
- In the immediate time slot after each exam write "Rest". It is
important that you take rest time between each exam.
- Count the total of number of time slots including the exam slots
and the rest slots from the beginning of your exam study period till
the last exam. For instance, in this chart the available time
slots from April 13 through May 11 is 28.

immediately before the exam. Count both the exam time and the rest
period immediately afterward as a part of the course time's slot.
